This recorder, apparently commissioned by the CIA, is a beautiful piece of design. I am particularly taken with the organic looking circuitry on the inside.

I am finally utilizing my SoundCloud account. Currently there are 2 short recordings from walks around my neighborhood. I use the FiRe iPhone app to record small auditory pieces of my day, these sonic sketches will be uploaded with greater frequency to my SoundCloud account. As the Summer progresses expect more in-the-works compositions as I organize some tracks for a series of releases I have planned.
